Change Tickets & Cancellation Rules

Hotels Cancellation Policy

- All bookings cancelled 7 days or more prior to arrival are subject to a 1 night cancellation penalty. All Bookings that are less than 7 days of the check-in date are non-refundable. In addition to the hotel's cancellation policy, there is a 4% credit card refund fee. - No refunds for early checkouts. - Guest names won't be shown in hotel system till 24 to 48 hours of check-in date. - We reserve the right to be indemnified by you in full against all loss, costs, damages, charges and expenses incurred by us as a result of any cancellation for any reason.


Flights Cancellation Policy

*Once purchased, these tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE / NON-RE-ROUTABLE. Under absolutely no circumstances will the airline refund these highly discounted airline tickets. *Tickets are completely NON-CHANGEABLE after the first travel date has passed. *Name changes are not allowed under any circumstances

In order to change the ticket(s) that you have purchased, you must:

- You should request a change at least one day before the departure. * Changing department working hours Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM EST till 6:00 PM EST. * we will not be able to process any changes request on Saturday or Sunday. - CHANGE FEE - Pay a fee of $200 per ticket (for Domestic Flights) and $350 per ticket (for International Flights) - DIFFERENCE IN FARE - Additionally, if the new tickets costs more than the original tickets you must pay the difference. If the new tickets are less than the original, the airline will not credit the difference. - Therefore, the total cost will be (The Change Fee) + (The Difference in the Cost of the Tickets) - Changes are permitted for a change fee, but only if they are made prior to the date of the originally scheduled flight. Changes are not permitted on the day of the scheduled flight or after.
