The pre-authorization will be voided 3 days after departure date provided there are no damages, missing inventory, telephone charges and/or excessive cleaning damage. Renters under the age of 25 years must be accompanied by an adult guardian 25 years or older or a parent who must occupy the cottage for the duration of the stay.
